Think you can run better in a clean pair of Running Shoes?

Do you frequently run in track shoes dirty? I do not know which is worse, a farm or a fungus or a da dirty dirty, bacteria filled canvas running shoes.

The point is that you should not be run in a pair of dirty shoes obvious reasons. Your feet take a beating every day without putting more stress and physical weakness of the run on them. If you have anything wrong with your foot, or a single foot, a region such as bruising or open wounds and anybacterial growth in your shoes may have a very debilitating consequences.

The more severe cases are fatal. I can only give my father-in-law here is the best example. He started with a small wound was open no more than an eighth of an inch on his right foot. When he discovered it, he ignored it as nothing to worry about. The area around the injury big red, then add the red as it emerged. Within two days we were there the doctor had examined her who was not sure of an accurate diagnosis, but scheduledadditional testing. The next day we find him at home on the floor and could not move. We've had people get to the hospital even though he opposed and three days later he was gone, dead of a staph infection.

Granted my father in law was at an advanced age, but their immune system feeding everyone and every body's own infection process her own way. Age not a factor.

Your feet sweat and whether or not you're socks soak up your running shoessweat. Along with the heat generated by friction in the shoe, and the outside temperature depends on the weather, you're running inside of bacteria playing your own. A veritable nursery of disease and infection control.

Simple solutions to keep as clean and hygienic as possible. Wash your running shoes after each. Air dry your shoes, put them through a dryer may damage the material especially if they are made of leather orsynthetics. Always wear clean socks and wash your feet after each run. As a runner, you should always be aware of any wounds or sores on your feet and take appropriate action. Use liberally and first aid doctor if necessary. Treat yourself to a pedicure on a regular basis. Ignore your feet at your own risk.

Clean feet, clean socks and clean shoes. You'll look better, feel better, and faster.
